Old and new.

Pictures if you've gone for a nice run out and Zed spotting.

Went down to the local kawasaki dealer and got a shot of the new RS with my Z1.

Very nice and there is absolutely no comparison between the two bikes other than they are both Kawasaki.

In the above picture one colour schem is clearly based on the other - so that’s two things... :)

And they’re both fours. And both called 900. :D :D :D

I wish the new bike was closer to the original. But they already had a shot at it with the Zephyr, which ironically is probably a closer relation to the original 900.
Calling it the Z900 is clearly a marketing ploy and lets face it - it probably does everything better.
After 40 years it ought to!
The first thing that draws me to a bike is the way it looks, and before I look at performance - it falls at the first hurdle . But that is just me.
The 2019 W800 looks a bit more promising.

Nice Z1 by the way!

The new 2019 W800 is gonna cost nearly the same as the Z900RS  Guess Kawasaki doesn’t really want to sell that many!
