Took the ZRX for Mot on Friday, then had a bit of a run locally, took this shot of local protected monument, actually old Shale Bings called The 5 sisters" from when West Lothian was the original producer of oil and paraffin from Shale, long before fracking came about.

I thought all Akra headers turned blue when first heated up.

No idea Steve, eventually my system will need replaced, and I have always fancied an akra, though I suspect I would try and get a set of stainless headers to keep the original silencer.

When my Akra Ti headers were fitted to my Ninja H2 I was told that they turned blue/rainbow coloured within seconds of them heating up, and they thought it may be a coating Akrapovic deliberately put on as a sort of "trademark" as they'd seen this happen before. You can see the effect in the pic, which I must admit I think is beautiful although others MMV.

Never really had that with mine - had plenty of use but kept them polished and never had any real blueing?
