Anyone from this forum out on a nice Z1 this afternoon riding on the A394 towards Helston in Cornwall? The bike was spotted just before the May Tree pub on the A394.

Bike looked really nice, orange and brown and rider wearing a brown jacket!

i know the bike & owner, he is not a member on here.
but as you say a really nice example. unrestored apart from new exhaust. owned it for yrs.
if your anywhere near penzance & at a loose end theres a bike night tonight at marazion.
i havnt been for a while but usually a few old zeds /triples etc

I’m on holiday in Cornwall and the gaffer and I have been in the Penzance area all day, walked from the railway station in Penzance to the harbour at Mousehole and back!

Just got back to our base in Falmouth but if I’d have known we’d had stayed in the area!

Thanks for letting me know! Is the meet every Tuesday? I could make next Tuesday if the gaffer allows!?

fair old walk that, & quite a distance between pubs!

We’ll get over there next Tuesday, weather dependant.

I can’t walk far nowadays so I use a scooter so the gaffer did all the walking! It was very warm and as you say, a good distance so we did end up sat outside the May Tree on the way home!
