Harris race baffle for gpz1100 / z1000 think they fitted a few
Would be very grateful if any one has an old harris race baffle knocking around that I could buy?
My dad left me his old gpz1100 A2 when he passed away back in 2005 and the last time the bike was out it happened to break the rivet that was holding the baffle in and fire it down the road.
So kinda need another one its a bit loud without any baffle at all and I think it needs 2 or 3 rivets this time lol.
Thanks in advance for any help

I tried them they said the company that was carrying on production of all the classic harris exhaust bits stopped production through lack of demand.

Wicked thank you mate.
Do you mean you have the whole system or just the baffle. I only realy need the race baffle. The last time it was on the dyno was when we realise how restrictive the standard baffle was! It held back over 40bhp

It's a nightmare when that happens, my ELR blew its baffle out going over Shap a few years back, I tried various bodges to keep it in on way up road but gave up after third retrieval from the roadside.
I ended up coming along the Hadrian's wall road to Corbridge to stay off the M6, there are some great blind summits and when swooping over them there were hikers diving into ditches, cows bolting, it was brilliant, like flying a Stuka, the noise was insane!
Got a road baffle in now, sold the race one i'm afraid.

If you're stuck you could try Dave at Exhaustcraft a lot of his stainless pipes were pretty much Harris shaped, he might be able to make you one... I'd email him or phone though he doesn't seem to have been on here much recently

Yh when they fire out and your doing 120 on the m11 it does make you think lol it would be scary to be on the receiving end thats for sure lol.
Might just have it spot welded in place or a few rivets holding it this time lol.
Thanks for the advice Chris I might have to give him a ring just waiting to hear if Neil has got one knocking around will be wanting to mot in the next 10 days it hasn't been out 3 years

I have one in my bike at the minute. Its way too loud for my liking. Even with the packing in it.I want to switch it for a road baffle. If you come across one of those,I'd do a straight swap with you.

I've got an original baffle but its not in the best condition from where it was pulled out using grips. It was pretty tightly in there and its just been knocking around the garage for.the last 7 years there was never any need for it.
