Like most of these old Zeds original pipes are Not exactly thick on the ground, but try David Marlow on here, he's restored a Z250 from scratch and bought/sold lots of parts.

Hi cosmic, twin pipes are very, very rare, if you find any you will be lucky, the best bet is to re chrome the headers if you have or can find any, and buy a pair of Marvin pipes from Italy, there is a Web site ' kawasaki z250 owners' that might help, but you may get the same answer, there are a couple of guys after the same.

Hi David
Thanks for the advice, I will follow upon this. I currently have a 2-1 on the bike but I would prefer something closer to the original. As you will know the balance pipe between the twin silencers of the exhaust is a weak point for serious rust, I have some options with one of these but I'm a bit reluctant to identify my source if as you say there are a few folk looking for this same part. Basically this one part returns the bike to a factory original. Cheers John.
Thanks in advance
