Top Man Al!
I can get around the postage thanks to 'Address Pal'.
It will be interesting to see how we will manage for parts going forward as more and more become NLA.

I manage to get one more, so I have three new rubbers, but advent managed to get a fourth, any suggestions. I don’t want to heat the best of the existing one but may have to. Any suggestions welcome

If you soak the rubbers in a mixture of wintergreen and rubbing alcohol overnight it softens the rubbers without damage,it stinks i bit though

What is wintergreen? I had heard that brake fluid will soften them but they harden pretty quickly once dry.

Mix wintergreen oil with Isopropyl Alcohol 50/50 soak the hard rubber for a couple of days and the go supple and stay that way but they smell like a rugby club dressed room

Well I can live with the smell, since Covid my sense of smell is gone, and funnily enough my farts don’t smell anymore either!

I've got some if you're still looking for one. I've also used the wintergreen.........they stay supple for about 18 months then start to harden up again.
