i had a set of those on my Z1000H back in the day

There were some on the J when i got it. Wouldnt have them again, they make a proper mess of the front downtubes and if you fell of they may save the cases but bend the frame.
There are or is at least one spacer and a long through stud which he doesnt mention or picture.

It's amazing what people are asking for parts that are basically old rusty shite. I took mine for chrome plating and the clown behind the counter asked for £150 per side. Ended up having them painted since I was just trying to get the bike in a rideable condition. I may have them chromed when I win the lottery.
