Good evening all.
I am wondering if anyone has a oil pan / sump kicking about that will fit the 1984 R2? The threads on my sump are sketchy as the oil drain bolt has been overtightened in the past.
I believe it is in effect a J sump and it I can get one it will be simpler to get a replacement than getting it helicoiled.
Cheers
Stu

Lots of J pans on EBay for around thirty quid. Same as yours I'm sure and worth a punt at that low cost.
Eight valve grunt.

Yep I saw those, I was concerned in case I get a dodgy one, you're right though I reckon I'll send them a message and go for one.
