heres the ultra rare saxon engine off ebay, picked it up the other day, as i thought its just a z1a eng with 1015 pistons and block, good buy though, the heads a 900 and in mint con and apart from a blown piston all looks well so just need a set of 900 pistons and block to put it back to standard if any one can help.....cheers

If it were a S+S Saxon engine:
Welded pork chop crank
960cc low comp (flat top) pistons
Ported & flowed head
1mm over exhaust valves
Cams ground on the closing flanks for quicker shut
OPS should be fitted have a take off for turbo oil feed (this engine has no OPS)
No oil coolers ever fitted by S+S
