I will be moving mine on this year. 2003 bike, green of course. Original except for indicators. 20k miles.

Send me a PM with what your budget is. I'm not far from you, so you can come over and take a look some time.
You want how much?

In what way is the 1100 a better bike than the 1200? Is it like the Z1000 being better than the Z1? :??

standing joke amongst Rex Owners both are excellent bikes it's down to preference really but I sold My 1100 two years ago but bought it back last year
it is a great bike and I am sure the 1200 is a great bike also
You can drop a set of zzr11 cams into the 11 and it will go like a rocket
I suppose You can do the same with the 12 and a set of zx12 cams
way too many Zeds

I've done a total of 5 miles on mine since buying it back last September

They are great bikes and some strong prices being achieved on EBay,

Make sure you remove the oil filler plug and check for starter chain tensioner contact marks on the clutch pressure plate, if it's starting to touch get it sorted ASAP by fitting a manual tensioner.

All the best, Paul

It's a US made Brock's Alien system methinks? Nicely chopped rear guard! Kwicks/ELS do the starter chain tensioner kit from across the pond.

Hi Paul, as said above its a 14" Brocks Alien head system from the USA, it is beautifully made and fits perfectly.

The Kwiks manual tensioner kit is the one to go for as is the ZZR1200 starter chain and sprocket kit which Kawasaki now list for the ZRX, I think they released a technical bulletin advising on the upgrade.

All the best, Paul
