Z1a Fork Reflector

Does anyone have an original fork reflector round backing plastic piece that they want to sell.
Part number is Stanley 072-1042. (used for both reflector and blanks).
I have the blank inserts and 1 backing plate and so only require 1 backing plate for one side.
