I Turned one easily enough from a piece of round white plastic,couldnt find a source to purchase.reckon you could knock one up with a drill and a decent selection of files..

That is my last resort, i have a lathe so may run up an ally set.

I used my last piece of white plastic making that one Kev ,else i would have sent it on to you,Cheers Paul J.
