I am converting a customers bike to twin discs, but whilst he has a pair of calipers he hasn't got a pair of discs. The discs that came with the calipers are too small in diameter (from memory I think they may have been 275mm and he need bigger 'uns!

The 4 bolt fixing Z650 twin discs as fitted to C1/C2/C3 etc are all 275mm O.D.

The B models with a single brake caliper and usually spoked wheels had a larger disc.

I "think" it was 290mm but do not have a definitive reference to hand that says to confirm.

The larger rotors with 4 bolt fixings were fitted to single disc models

Z650-D2 (SR) (1979)

Dont forget to upgrade the master cylinder as well ...

Think the larger Discs were 296mm.

I have a 296mm 4bolt disc here if you're interested

296mm IS the Z650B and all the other models I listed single disc. You must be running calipers in front of the forks I'd wager. Those are the calipers that go with the larger discs and vice versa

The one I have is un-drilled, and ive no idea what i want for it, make me an offer whats the going rate for a used Zed disc?

The ones on UK Ebay run from around 35 quid to 44 quid delivered
