If anyone can supply dimensions I more than likely have one.
Even if I haven't got one I can soon spin one up on my lathe.

Hi Will
They should be 22mm o/d ..... clearance on 17mm for the bore and 141.5mm long according to the ZPower parts book .... they are interested in stocking them if you make a few

I take it they are steel, not ally?

Yes they are but looking at the assembly the bushes are top hat shape so I assume the spacer is just to stop the steel inner bushes " floating " down the swing arm spindle and I can see no reason why they it couldn't be machineable nylon unless anyone can correct me on that

Okay, will take a look in the morning.
I could make a few up in ally no problem, but drilling steel at that diameter and at that depth would take some doing.

This guy has 1 metre lengths of 22 od x 2.5mm wall mild steel tubing, fairly easy to cut to 141.5mm lengths i would of thought?

I've got about 40 metres of 22mm o/d x 2mm gauge seamless stainless tube from a microlight project.im sure i could cut, pack and post to members for £15-£20 ish.depending on whether there is much demand, mild steel, ally or nylon tube will crush with minimal lateral pressure so stainless seems safest option, any enquiries welcome. cheers mark
