Uk ones have the indicator stems welded as part of the light bracket

Us ones are as in the pic and the indicators attach to the frame lugs
so if you get the US ones you will need the indicators separately.

you can use a bracket of a Z1000ST... they're the same and easier to obtain.

I have just got a KZ1000 ST rear light and Mount for the MK2 Project and as i cut the Indicator mounts down on my ST way back in 1985 I am going to get some tube and and fix my one and make the new one the same easy
