Hi Rob
I looked it up in the parts manual, they have the same parts number(14025-1106) so you might expect that a Z1000A1/A2 inner sprocket cover will fit on a Z1000A3 or A4 engine. Take a look for yourself at CMS.nl .
Good luck with the search.

Hi Guys, the later ones are definitely different, so early ones won't fit. I was reliably informed by knowledgeable club members when looking at converting an ST to chain drive and I have compared the inner sprocket cover from an early engine to the bevel box off the ST and some of the holes line up, but not all, I was advised to use earlier crankcases as the inner cover you are looking for are much rarer. I have had some very good parts from the USA via ebay, you just have to factor in shipping and duty, but often cheaper than Uk prices, cheers, Mick
