I'm looking for a set of coils to fit my Gpz11 .. anyone ..

hi mrC, what's the issue? eg no coils on a project bike? or faulty coils? upgrades available? etc..its best to outline as much background as possible really, that way more fellow members will probably identify n try to help. oh and welcome aboard too. if it's standard coils you're looking for, i have some kicking about.. cheers mark..

Hi the terminals have badly corroded so I'm just looking options . After market would be fine also. Thanks for the Welcome .

the coils are the same on a lot of bikes from that period who have an electronic ignition: Z1000J,Z1000P, and a lot more.
Take a look at CMSNL , if you know what to look for it becomes easier.
There are numbers on those coils, when searching for replacements on a scrapyard, note them down on a piece of paper and go for it. You'll certainly find replacements.
If you're lucky the HT leads can be changed, a really easy job.
You state that the terminals are corroded, clean them up, easy to do. As long as the plastic of the coils isn't cracked they'll work and give sparks.
