Z1000j ignition switch

I am trying to find an ignition switch for the j or b1 that fits through the cover. I have found the larger ones but not the smaller one.
Any ideas?

Of the two types i think its the one on the left?
It has the steering lock pin protruding vertically downwards out of the switch body!
The other sort (square-ish ones) are all over e-bay new for about £50.
