Not much use perhaps but I have the front half of one baffle from an old H1D I owned. The usual thing on these pipes is the baffle plates would collapse leaving the baffle itself unsupported at one end so would would snap in half leaving one end rattling around in the pipe.

FOC it you want to use it as a template to make your own.

Bill, I did have a spare H1f baffle (in good condition) somewhere in my garage about a year ago, but i've not seen it lurking in my pile of H1f odds and sods recently  , but I'll have a look tomorrow and see if I can locate it. If I find it Ill give you a shout.

Cheers Tim

Hi Bill, I've a selection of baffles from H1's. Do you have a length and an image so I can visually check in my pile?

Bill, hi
Good and bad news - couple of pics attached
Good news first, is that I found the surplus baffle amongst the mountain of bits that was once my H1f :eek
Bad news is that whilst its solid the threaded screw mount has something fused into the threads - looks like the old screw, and will need drillng out and re threading (a job I never gpt around to doing) .
