GPz1100 generator / crank bolt

#1 PostAuthor: MDM » Mon May 11, 2020 2:42 pm

Thanks to my inefficiency with parts storage, I seemed to have mislaid the bolt that holds the generator onto the crank :blah . Has anyone got one spare or, maybe, the dimensions for one so I can source elsewhere? :jake

Just to add, I've looked online, and am yet to find a microfiche that actually shows the bolt in question! :eek

Hi MDM
have a look at CSMNL, they can provide the bolt.
The OEM number is 920011146 for a GPz 1100 A1, the dimensions are 12x40 but it's a special bolt and the pitch will be 1,25 .

I have bought about four or five from ZPower over the last few years. I'd be surprised if they dont have them.

Thanks guys, I looked at CMSNL, but the bolt on that microfiche is not the bolt required! It's an M6 bolt! But now that I have the required part number, life should be lot easier! Thank again!
Ah, a quick edit - I was looking at the wrong 'fiche... the correct 'fiche shows the M12x40 bolt.... ahem :blush

i often find the part number on cmnsl then key that into the z-power site , it makes finding things easier as the z-power site search I find hit and miss. (but that might be the number of beers consumed)

I do something similar, find the part no. on CMSNL then put the part no. into Cradley Heath's website
