Re: Genuine Z1 exhaust clamp for No3 cylinder.
Still looking for this item after being let down by DK.
When the clamp that I ordered for No3 turned up it was indeed the correct item but someone in its history had ground off some of the fins so it fitted cylinder No4!!
Regards
Steve.

Re: Genuine Z1 exhaust clamp for No3 cylinder.
The Z1 item has less "meat" round the 2 fixing holes which caused them to split, this prompted Kawasaki to produce a more robust unit for the models going forward.
The clamp for cylinders 3 + 4 should be the same.

Steve

What bike have they been fitted to?
Top photo bottom image looks right but not sure if the holes are 8mm when they should be 6mm.
Regards
Steve.

Re: Genuine Z1 exhaust clamp for No3 cylinder.
Hi
I have measured the holes ,the one on the left is 9mm at the front stepped to 12mm at the back .
The holes in the one on the right are 8mm all the way through - i can`t tell if they`ve been drilled out or not.
They were both on the same exhaust system that i got off Ebay about 10-15 years ago ,
Sorry i have no idea what bike it was on previousely .
Mick
