I think these were only fitted to US models, you can get a red one via Z power which looks similar, but I can't see an orange one listed, if you can get the US parts schematic, then it could be part still available, sure Phil at Z Power will know BUT type Kawasaki Frame Reflectors into US Ebay, and you get these for example

hi, ive got a pair of the orange ones , they come off headlamp bracket, dont know if they are the same, same as ones on ebay, yours if you want them, foc, if you want them pm me your address and i will post them

These are 1000R reflectors my bike was Euro number and it has them
