my advancer on the z1000 is broke a bits chipped off,I'm putting dyna ignition on it ,but i still need a advancer..zpower have them but if anyone has one they don't need ,message me ,,thanks

I've got one that I replaced because the springs are slack. Otherwise its fine. If the springs are good on yrs then you could make a good one out of the two. £20 posted.
Off a Z1000a1. Z1000j etc are different.

That must be a new item... I bought a whole new advance unit 18 months ago just cos I needed springs!
Mind you, they list them as being good for everything from z1 thru to 1100, and the z1000a ones definitely have different spring rates to gpz1100b as the advance rates are different so it makes me wonder how accurate they are

Hi Keith, not sure what damage yours has sustained, but I have one you can have but the two little tangs that slot into the bolt head are missing. Give me a call if it's any good. Paul

There are several different versions with various stepped advance rates.
Doubt if you'll notice much difference between any of them, TBH?
