Where did you get the the 001 part number? Kawasaki.com and z1 parts qoute the 011 number for that part.

I believe there is a book by some bloke called John Brookes that Z-Power are selling. Here are the relevant pages

Strange that khi's own parts list qoutes the same number when the 2 parts are clearly different.

they are rare to come up but dog bollox has a few nos of both types but doubt youd get him to part with any
just remembered he gave me this nos 25024-011 for my z1b for my birthday a few years back still need to get around to fitting it

John, I have the book put it’s safely packed away so the kids can’t ruin it, so safe I can’t find it. May have to purchase a spare that doesn’t need to be hidden from the kids
