See my post under ‘Help Wanted’ re my dragging gear change. I’m after borrowing or buying an outer transmission cover to suit a Z1B. If I can buy an early one with no gear change pattern all the better, but that isn’t essential.

If I can borrow one within picking up distance, great, I only need to try it on to see if it fixes my problem, without the pain of wasting more money if it makes no difference.

Do you want the outer cover, or the one that bolts on to the crankcase with the oil seal in it?

Thanks Jerry, however panic over, Trev from Rochdale has kindly lent me a cover. It didn’t fix my problem but ruled out the cover.
