Sorry guys I also posted this in the bike help section, I meant to post here.

I'm chasing a Z1R D3 tank cap, the one that screws directly into the tank, not the one that screws to the little welded on bracket, I have one of those in perfect condition I'd like to possibly swap if anyone has the cap I'm chasing, or needs the one I have. The main difference between the two caps is the length of the lock section of the cap.
I have a cap to suit the top tank, I need one to suit the bottom tank...

So apparently the cap I have is for the 1978 Z1R D1 replacement large tank, so any D2, D3 large tank cap will fit...

Hi, I have a z1r tank cap, but I don't know which type I have. Can you give more info, or sizes, or another angle of photo?

For anyone that's wanting to know, the first pic is the cap I have , It doesn't fit, the second pic is the one I'm after...
