Early fuel tap sleeve

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get the rubber sleeve, which fits on the fuel tap lever, which pushes inside the valve?
It’s the early fuel tap; the only repair kits I can find only have the O rings.

viewtopic.php?f=4&t=45250#p376564 They are repros & you will have to e-mail him to see if he has any left. I have 1 in mine no problems so far , been in for 18 months.
