Hi Bill - I got one when I bought my A2 in 2013 but it's not in good nick and not for sale - I've been looking out for a decent one since then!
If you need something copied I can scan and send it to you if that helps.
(I ended up buying an A1 manual which seem to come up more regular than the A2.)
