38 mm Forks and bottom yoke

Hi a friend of mine is looking for a good set of 38mm forks for his Moriwaki race bike so that he can convert it back from 43mm and 17" wheels to a vintage spec running on, 38mm forks and 18"'s.
Does anyone have a good set of J/GPZ Forks they would sell?
