Hi Zed heads
Looking for the plastic front section of the rear mudguard assembly. My old one is split in the middle and all chewed up around the bolt holes. I can bodge it for the time being but anyone got a spare? Zed Power no longer do them (although they have the Z1 ones which are a bit of a different shape but I wonder if one of those would fit? It looks the same where it slides in and bolts on...).
Surely someone out there who has monoshocked their Zed Thou has a spare one....
Cheers

Thanks Keith - I know Z Power have these too; the fittings look the same as mine but mine doesn't have those 'dent like' shapes in it. Not sure if Z1 one like this would fit?
Cheers

Might work out cheaper to get your original repaired - I used these guys afew years ago to repair a cracked zx9r fairing and it came back looking like new.
https://www.plastics-surgery.com/I dare say there are others dotted around the country just as good
In the meantime I found my old inner mudguard (from a Z1R) but from your description is in similar state to yours - ie cracks around where the bolt holes secure it at the top. As you say - you could have a go at doing it yourself as any repairs are out of sight and it doesn't have to look pretty.

Cheers Kev - yes I'll probably fix it myself, at least it'll do until maybe I find a better one. Ooh that plastics repair place isn't far from me...
