Out of curiosity, how chopped? I have a mid 73 engine that was bored up and given the full treatment, iv been looking for a home for it for a while, so a non pristine frame would be ideal.

Re: 73 z1 frame wanted
hi Tony
like I said if I could find a nov 72 frame I would sell the April 73 frame what the bike is built on at the moment.
in a nutshell.........many years ago I bought a 73 euro z1 from Italy off the internet blind....as you do when you've had a beer
when it arrived it looked every bit as good in the flesh as it did on the picks, cracked it up and took it for a spin, ran mint.
I then noticed the 20 on the clock was offset like a 72 clock, got home and had a closer look and everything.....and I mean everything is stamped nov 72, not one repo part on the bike and nothing as been restored......why its on that frame....god only knows.
its like a rolling treasure chest of 72 parts
