Wanted ZRX Scotland area
Hi All, I’ve been on the look out for a Rex S model. Ideally in Scotland
I’ve given up on the GpZ route for now as too many overpriced junk heaps out there so I'm back to a Rex.
There are a few on ebay right now and none are selling at the silly prices so probably no “investment green” colour ones please, I do like a green one, just don’t like the price of them
A nice realistic priced red or blue S would be up my street.
Ta

yes i have been keeping an eye out for one also but a lot of people appear to think they are worth daft prices for rough bikes, while i would be happy to pay a fair price with cosmetic work to do they are just sitting on marketplace or ebay not going anywhere 2k is far more than enough.... just my humble opinion

2k, good luck finding one at that price which doesn't need another 2 or 3k just to make it legal, fully operational and more importantly safe to use let alone looking good.
If your looking for one to work on and rebuild yourself fine but if your looking for one to use or you can't sort yourself
2k, no chance.

Re: Wanted ZRX Scotland area
Well it seems that a zrx price is a very touchy topic, funny I noticed the same if the zrx FB group. Feels like a lot of people are desperately trying to insist these hold their value.
All I will say is, I’m happy to pay a fair price for a decent honest bike especially if I don’t need to travel too far.
My thoughts are if someone has been advertising a bike for 6 months surely it’s too expensive? A nice blue R model sold on eBay last week in 7 days, but it was priced more accordingly at £3500 Ono. I presume he took an offer. All the £6 and £7k bikes don’t sell.
Personally I don’t think they are not worth it, but I would love one, but I’ll just do without one.
There are a few within my budget but I just can’t be bothered travelling far at this time of year. But I’m in no hurry.
So not trying start any debates, everyone is entitled to price their stuff at any price. Also as mentioned above I’ve seen these go for 2k and it would not take much to get it road worthy and safe if you are competent.

Thanks mate, I saw this one actually, I approached them with a trade in for another bike I have but they low balled me a bit. Again this is another bike they have had for sale for months at this price.
