Z110R ELR Handlebars and Fairing Brackets Wanted

#1 PostAuthor: RUSS243 » Wed Dec 14, 2022 3:06 pm

Hi to all, hope everyone well,
Looking for a set of 1100R handlebars or suggestions on an alternative set and also a complete set of bikini fairing mounting brackets (mine thrown out I think by mistake!). Any info/suggestions gratefully received!
Thank you in advance

Russ

I have a set of good dark metallic grey Renthals I had on my Z1000R but I still had the originals and got them re-blackchromed so if you haven’t got originals these look reasonably good and are a similar height. I can take a pic if you want

The fairing brackets are hard to get. PMC do a decent looking replacement set but they’re not cheap.

Hi Chris
Many thanks for the reply. If you were quite happy with them then they will be fine. What are you after for them?
Yep fairing brackets not easy to come by, can't believe they have been thrown out by mistake!!
Thanks for the link, much appreciated.

Cheers
Russ

Mike those look decent repros

Russ these are Renthal 758s you can also get them in black which might be a bit more like stock looking so you could check that out too. They are slightly lower than the stock ELR bars see pics but look fine. The Renthal logo would be covered by the ignition lock surround. If are interested in these grey ones PM me

No I haven’t because it’s taking so embarrassingly long. It’s been off the road since 2007 but I’m actually putting a push on at the moment to try and get it rolling in some shape or other. There were a few mods in the plan which need a bit of finishing so I’m trying to put a lot of standard stuff back to save time and further arsing about - problem is the standard kit hadn’t been on it since I had it and some of it was missing. If I get a bit further on I’ll post a bit :D
