You cant sign up if you are not in mainland Europe. i tried and you need a phone number to have an account and Uk and Ireland are not on the list...bummer as i jumped when i saw these.

Hi Z1streetfighter71 and Philippe, yes it seems like Leboncoin dont allow UK peeps.
My brother lives in Amsterdam so he is now on the case for me
Fingers crossed I will soon own a genuine service manual!
