Z900 A4 mirror head

Has anybody got a spare mirror plastic cover, as used on the Z900A4, or complete mirror and cover as in attached photos, in good condition?
I believe that they are original design, if not what are they?
Existing cover has several splits, so I only need the cover but happy for mirror and cover if available, but do require them to be in good condition.
