Z1000J / Z1100 / GPZ1100 / Z1000R / Z1100R Cover Plates

Does anyone have any cover block off plates for the cam cover on any of the bikes above (all the same) ?
I know APE make them but £60 for a pair is ridiculous and I dont need them to be new.
