GPz1100B1/B2 shocks - Swap for NEW Ohlins

#1 PostAuthor: Big Fluff » Tue Apr 15, 2025 10:23 am

After a set of nice original shocks for this B2 and I believe the B1 shocks are the same.
Happy to swap for this set of as new genuine Ohlins which are 375mm eye to eye and are far to tall for this bike.
Thanks in advance.

I note you have the preload wound right down which would increase the ride height..

That's just what the previous owner had them set to. They are 30mm longer than standard.

Hi Will,
Do you, or anyone else know if stock shocks can be rebuilt/restored? Is that your plan ?
Cheers

Yes they should be easy enough, same as most shocks, roll pin securing top spring retainer.
