z1 camshaft retaining cap No2

can anyone help desperate for one of these
Are they weldable machinable by some remote wizard
It seems I have a big issue replacing 1 of these caps as they are machined indiividually to the head
Has anyone recently overcome thie issue... There some older threads in 2019
And has anyone got a spare ##2 cap
