Chris do you need the complete headlamp unit including the bowl,rim,etc ??

yes please.

got twin headlights at the moment and looking to change.

does not have to a Z one but thats preferred for obvious reasons.

Chris...I've got a bowl, rim and headlight, think from memory it's from a Z1000...and I'm probably not too far from you
