Can any one drill and tap me 4 holes the prob seems to be the thread is a 1/16 NPT which i believe is an American tapered thread, its for my nitrous foggers. Obviously not expecting it done for free

You'd probably get away with drilling at 6mm then running a taper M8 x 1.0 tap in as far as needs be. With a little bit of either PTFE or studlock this should be fine mate.
I might have that tap, I'll look in the garage.

That's an unusual size,but yes NPT is american

Personally i would drill it the correct sizes,being brass or an alloy a little thread binding will likely break the thread off as you tighten and you need it to screw into upto the flange
Loctite threadlock or studlock the same thing to seal it in place
