Where do you measure the 28 mm vs 26mm on the carbs I take it that its on the engine side of the carb block

I would think it's where the main jet is positioned, near the centre of the carb. No doubt someone knows for certain.

Its always the NARROWEST part of the venturi (carb throat) :wink:
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!
