Other then color and part number stamped on back are these genuine covers same?

Yes A1/2 will fit A4

No, the right side cover has a different lower lug position due to the rear master cylinder. They can be made to fit by making up a bracket to receive the lower lug but as they stand they're different.

Left are the same, but as Steven says the right are different.
