I did a bit of research on this a while ago when I got my Z1000a2, and I ended up using 28 front, 32 rear.
Anyone else confirm this?

I seem to recall 34 and 38.

Higher than olden days I know but I have run them like this for a while.
I got recommendations from Bridgestone riders club web page.
