As usual z1bman is very right , 19inch front and 16 rear suggests it's off one of the CSR's .
It isn't LTD .

As z1r's were the racing elite of their day, none of them had a 16" rear wheel. Also, such royalty as the z1r didn't feel the need to 'bling it up'.

Yes, of course. It's all coming back now!

It's old and Japanese I reckon, but don't know what it's off. I suppose it will have to go in the bin!
