Kawasaki Z1B fuel tap

#1 PostAuthor: ADRIAN H » Thu Jun 23, 2016 8:05 pm

I have bought a second hand fuel tap for my Z1B. Which I have replaced the O rings.
When fitted and turned off - fuel is trickling out of the two fuel pipes feeding the carbs.
Is there a sealant I can use to seal the Black plastic sleeve the tap sits in to the body of the tap ?

Sounds like I wasted £70 :doh

You would think that there was a sealant / adhesive to refit the Plastic insert with.
