Has anybody found somebody who can successfully re-anodize the front brake master cylinders to the original finish?

Adrian I think the confusion was The name Mickey, instead of Mikey.

Yep, that is the confusing bit for me. Is it Mikey or Mickey that is the correct username? There is a Mikey but no Mickey?

Mikey had mine done with cracking results although I am not sure if he still uses the same plater
