mounting plate - and you'll need master and slave cylinders from ZXR750 + braided hose.

Adrian, I have a zx7r slave cylinder. The slave cylinder pushes into a casting when fitting to a zx7r. Do I need this casting?

I don’t think you will need the inner casing. When I fitted mine the slave cylinder fitted straight on the plate. Back face lined up perfectly with the clutch push rod. I had to cut the clutch push rod down by around 3-5mm.

Adrian, i now need to source the hydraulic hose. Do you think one from a ZX7R or a ZRX1100 would be long enough?

I used a piece of stiff wire to gauge the length, ( I threaded mine over the top of the engine and down the back between the carbs), and placed a custom order for one made rom HEL. Can check length if you wish, having said this - I do have flat bars on my bike.

Kind regards Adrian
