Use a tie wrap to hold the clutch lever in or use genuine clutch plates. The only one that i have problems with in the garage is the Lawson as it has ebc plates.

I've had a few bikes with EBC friction plates and they've all suffered from sticky clutches. Never had a problem with any genuine clutch plates, even on bikes left for over a year.
