when are the front brake discs worn (min. mm)?

Minimum thickness is the same as the A4 discs, standard is 5.0mm & service limit is 4.5mm.
The service limit is cast into the disc carriers.
This is assuming it's a European model, it's possible the Yank versions used the thicker disc like the Yank A4's did.
