Z900 Fork oil seals - basic question

Chaps, I really should know the answer to this but :oops: :oops:
just re-assembling the forks on my Z900, need to fit a pair of genuine Kawa oil seals - its weeks since I took these apart and my memory is failing me, but is correct fitment with the writing on the oil seals facing up or down ??
